For rent 3 bedrooms house Dalat

Hi there, we are a Vietnamese-American couple renting a house in Nam Ban.
The place is pretty big for two of us so we are looking for someone to share the house with.
The house has fully furnished, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large garden, 2 kitchens, one indoor, one outdoor.
You will stay in the room as in the video. The rest of the house and the garden we share together.
The location is in Nam Ban, 5km to Linh An pagoda, 30km to Dalat center.
A small market, places to eat, a football field, mountains are around the house.
The price for sharing per month is 4.5 million (all utilities included)
We also have 3 dogs and a cat which live outside : )
