Room was okay. I hated the brown carpet, makes it feel old, dark and dirty. Lobby was nice. Breakfast was decent but chaotic. Great location and lots of western food options nearby. Good value overall

Northern Nha Trang: Living by the Sea, Away from the Hustle and BustleOn this trip, I wanted to explore the northern part of the city—and the Muong Thanh Vien Trieu Hotel turned out to be an excellent choice. It’s literally a couple minutes’ walk to the beach. Nearby is the Oceanus area with cafes, shops, and everything you need, plus small local streets with a more authentic vibe. The hotel itself is comfortable: cozy rooms, daily housekeeping, and polite staff. There’s a nice gym and a pool with a view—clean and well-maintained.Breakfast was a highlight: there’s plenty of choice, the menu changes slightly, and everything is fresh. Downstairs, there’s a Highlands Coffee and a work area (though it can get noisy).📍 Khu Bãi Dương, Vĩnh Phước, Bắc Nha TrangA good option if you want to stay in a quieter part of the city by the sea.

The apartment was infested with stinging ants coming out of the walls. My friend had a severe allergic reaction to the bites, his leg swelled up, and we had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night.
The condition of the place was a joke. no toilet paper (they told us "Vietnamese don't use it, go buy some on the 1st floor"), the toilet in one of the bedrooms didn't flush, and the doors wouldn't even close properly.
The service was even worse. As soon as we paid in cash, they started ignoring our messages completely. When we finally got a hold of them and asked for a refund for the remaining nights because of the medical emergency and the bugs, the owner turned extremely aggressive and racist.
They literally told us:
"Where you from? European? Full of scam and blackmail person? You can take refund in your dream."
And when they realized we were from Israel, they wrote: "Israel? How pathetic," and threatened to call the police and kick us out for asking for our money back.
Save your money and your health. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better places in Nha Trang with people who actually respect their guests.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights and overall I would say the experience wasn’t that amazing. The positive aspects of this hotel I would say is that they have great amenities like the gym, karaoke group and the rooms are very spacious. The room was definitely the highlight of the hotel. The breakfast I would say was average, nothing too special if I am being honest. Now the negative aspect, we found cockroaches all over our suitcases. After we checked in, we left our suitcase open in our room and we came back we found around 9 or so cockroaches in our things. Not only cockroaches but we saw multiple dead bugs on the carpet. It was very horrifying and we immediately called the reception, they were very helpful and sent someone to our room straight away. They moved us to a different room, I would say the service is very efficient. After we moved rooms, we were put on a different floor but immediately we still saw cockroaches in our room so it was very disappointing. The standard of cleanliness is not the 5 star rating I was expecting from this hotel. I was very unimpressed and honestly felt very uncomfortable.

Let's start with point that no one in staff knows english at least to A2, half of facilities just closed, like swimming pool bar, speaking of swimming pool, it is not heated nor on sunny side, so water is always really cold, lifeguard doesn't exist. Furniture in hotel is okay-looking, but really needs fixing or replacing, random stains on carpet, mattress and dents on walls, "sea-view" is actualy 80% near building and 20% sea. They don't take cards or QR inside hotel for services, only cash. And my favorite part: they changed my room and asked to move THREE times while I was there, because of electricity fix, but every time they told that "that's last time, you'll stay in this room until checkout".The only compliment from me gets really nice woman in SPA and all maintenance workers (cleaners, etc.) overall I don't recommend this place, didn't feel "Luxury" at all :(

Not a 5 star hotel, however, for the price I wasn't expecting that. 3 stars is about right. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was OK. Our sheets weren't changed during our 7 night stay but we did get clean towels daily. It is a non-smoking hotel but people did smoke in the rooms and the hallways. In fact, there are ashtrays by the elevators.
