Spent nearly two weeks here preparing and recovering from surgery at the FV hospital. The security are great and super friendly. They gave my daughter plenty of laughs and treats. We informed them that there was a fraudulent
booking made using our account and card, however, they did not acknowledge our concern and refused to cancel the booking or cost. Additionally, they even mentioned that “we” asked to extend our stay and if we wanted to extend the stay. Even after we have made them known this was a fraudulent transaction and made by someone who has hacked and is using our details. Poor customer service and lack of understanding from them to action on a fraud that was brought up to them right after it was identified. Show more

Great stay for a business trip. Clean, well-maintained apartment in an excellent location. Very good value for money. Recommended for both business and leisure.

Nicely built, full glass windows and view. Love the open area as well.

Nice spot m, location is not bad but a little far. Good security
