Nam residence hotel wich has 35 appartement is cheating all of their customer. They will not give you back deposit, they will find everything to dont give you back.

After telling them that I will post this reviews and warn all of their resident of they behavior, they came back on their decision and give me back 15M of deposit (on 20M). They still charge me 1M vnd for cleaning, and other incredible fees)

Hyori Garden tower seems knowing it but doing nothing about it. Shame on you! Show more

Very center, near everythings, easy to go out for eating out, coffee shops, sightseeing, taking taxi, beach, river... Living in front or back apartments is almost same however front is noisier because of traffic and some reataurant in front, sometime people eat and karaoke very late. Front flat is noisier but great view. Show more
