Don’t be fooled by the online photos. We booked a two-bedroom apartment for one night and definitely would not have wanted to stay any longer. The whole complex felt old, damp, and poorly maintained, bedrooms were disappointingly small. The bathtub was difficult to get in and out of due to its depth, and it was very slippery, which felt unsafe.
Our stay got off to a frustrating start at check-in, where there seemed to be a lack of communication between reception staff and the landlord. Unfortunately, the reception team offered little assistance in resolving the issue, which made the experience even more disappointing.
The location is also not very central to any major attractions, aside the Japanese nightlife district in Vietnam across the road. For that reason, I wouldn’t consider it an ideal choice for families with underage children. Show more

I had a gym membership here almost for 1 year, really a beautiful memory in Saigon

My first stay was okay, but my second stay...the room smelled awful. It smelled like rotten water. The photos said there was a bathtub, but there wasn't. It's a truly terrible, shabby, and fraudulent country.

Aging, dismal and disappointing. Pictures of the rooms on Agoda are a blatant misrepresentation, I would not stay here again.

Some of the older rooms are featured on agoda and at least they tried to be accommodating in switching my room.

No frill airbnb. It does alright, very close to Japanese town full of massage, bars and Japanese food.

I recommend this over rowdy and louder version Ben thanh tower/the one. This one is abit of a downgrade to Madison, Marq and Leman

Very old room with high price. Not recommended! The receptionist stated that the room is old because I didn’t mention I need the new room when I book on the website. Well done👍
