Millennium Masteri (a joint venture between Masterise Homes, Phat Dat Corporation and Vinh Hoi Investment. Previously, the project was run by Thao Dien Investment (now Masterise Homes) - The apartment building was built with errors during the warranty period, the management company Savills could not work with the contractor Coteccons to repair it for the buyers. The notice was made to proceed for 2 years but no one came to repair it after many times of sending urgent notices, with such irresponsible business practices, who would dare to buy a house anymore??

I own an apartment in Millennium. It is well managed and has great facilities. It’s in Ward Khanh Hoi which is a great place to live. Friendly people, lots of great food options, and so close to D1. I wouldn’t choose to live anywhere else.

As a long-term resident, the facilities are amazing. Well air-conditioned gym, good pool and great staff. Compared to other places where I have lived in Saigon, the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and alert.
If you want to live in Saigon long-term this is a great place to live with English-speaking receptionists, all close to local hot spots.
Don't listen to the bad reviews, AirBnBs or short term rentals are banned in Saigon since 3/3 and in many buildings by management beforehand. It is not the fault of the building or management that the owners of the condos try to circumvent the rules.

Do not book any apartment from this host! Stay away! He asked us to cancel the booking last minute, lied that apartment is closed due to police investigation, while it was still available to reserve at booking.com but at higher price 🤣 so bad experience, left us without an accommodation day before... Host is greedy person and a big lier. I have sent all correspondence and proofs to booking.com I hope they will ban him for such unprofessional practices...

It is not possible to rent this apartment anymore. The city restricted the rent for short-term use. So the security guard told us that we could not check in upon arrival. A random person then came out of the Apartment complex and offered us a room in another building, presenting this as the only option. We ended up in another hotel. TLDR: This accommodation is a scam.

We were a group of three friends who stayed here for three nights in apartment 11.03 and we really enjoyed our time here. The apartment is a two bed, two bath unit with a fully kitted out kitchenette and a laundry / utility room with a washer. The elevators and common areas are access controlled and maintained exceptionally clean.
There are coffee shops, convenience stores, salon, bank, restaurant etc at the ground level. The swimming pool is on the seventh floor and several units have balconies that open out with a view onto the pool.
Easy access to taxi / food delivery services like Grab, within walking distance of Bùi Viện street, as well as a bustling market nearby make this a dream of a location. The rooms are quiet and the street noise does not creep in.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others! The apartment is lovely and very comfortable, and came with a washing machine and a hot room that dried the clothes overnight. The was also washing powder available which was fab. The view was spectacular. We loved the rooftop pool, which was open until 9pm.
