Dont book here. Scammer apartment. Very very very bad service.
It stated check in time 2pm, and suppose to send us check in info. But we been waiting and waiting, keep call customer service through whatsapp, zalo, call, never reply and never update us how to check in.
We been waiting at road side for hours and dont know what to do. I will not recommend to anyone for this such services.

Masteri Thao Dien Tower 1 is a nightmare. Building housekeeping staff threw away our laundry clothes and our food WITHOUT permission when we were away. This is a serious violation of residents’ personal property and completely unacceptable.
It’s currently 11pm and we cannot reach anyone to resolve this. No contact, no explanation, no accountability. For a place that claims to be “luxury,” this level of disrespect and unresponsiveness is shocking.
Save your money and your belongings. Do not live here.

Robot style of Management which provided no solutions on guest’s inconvenient cases! I have a bed frame for my toddler and I am at work. The Santa Pocket doesn’t fit (which they said, is not managed by them that every time alway asked us to contact supplier ourselves whenever having technical problems just bcos the supplier doesn’t pay salary for one staff to be in charge of the Santa Pocket at management team, i guest all about money between 2 of them 🤡🤡🤡) i feel very bizarre all of these, and the fact that she hold hotline number but asking me to provides feedback to another meeting on this problems when i need urgent support! It’s once in life time that we need a flexible support!

It’s hard to describe how unpleasant my experience was living in this apartment complex, but I hope my message will help others make an informed decision.
I stayed in this place for 10 months and encountered many strange and frustrating issues. Let me start with the staff at Masteri. They were rude and unable to explain simple things or answer questions properly.
For example, I had a friend stay with me for a month, and I registered her motorbike for that time. When I created the contract at reception, I clearly stated that I only needed it for a month, and the staff member said that was fine. A couple of months later, I noticed I was being charged more than I should have been. I went to reception to ask why, and they informed me that I needed to deregister the bike. The staff member who set up my contract never mentioned this, and I ended up paying for a "ghost bike" for an additional three months.
Another issue was with the swimming pool. They implemented a facial recognition system to access the facility, which meant that every time I had a friend visit, I had to go to reception and inform them so they could allow my guest to use the pool. It was ridiculous.
On top of that, I work from home occasionally, and they tested the fire alarm every month at full volume, which disrupted my work. What made it worse was that they only issued a warning about the test after it had already happened.
There were countless miscommunications and instances of arrogance from the staff. Overall, my experience here was incredibly frustrating. I would never return to live in this place, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Some of the worst customer service of my life. My key fell down into an elevator hole. I asked the staff to assist me because I’m locked out of my apartment. Instead of showing compassion, the customer service representative on duty told me to wait in the lobby until morning. She claimed me being locked out didn’t constitute an emergency (seriously?) so they wouldn’t assist me today. I am terribly disappointed that being unable to go home is not considered an emergency matter at this establishment. Furthermore, the lack of sympathy was troubling. Two stars because some of security guards are kind and have not shown similarly poor behavior.

Good place especially when your unit is face to the lanmark 81 view. You can see clearly any firework during tet or independece day from your unit.
