Security don't speak any english and i had terrible experience about parking inside the building. They don't know what they want. I was living on 37 floor and maximum waiting time to get from 1 floor to 37 floor was somewhere around 15 minutes!!!! Terrible

Absolutely terrible place to live. The building is old and falling apart. I lived here for half a year and every single day someone was doing loud renovations — impossible to live in peace. The management is awful - they’re useless and even treat you like you’re the problem for asking for help. The place is extremely dirty and no one seems to care. There’s nothing decent around - no good cafes, no proper stores nearby. Honestly, this place is rock bottom. Stay away!

Everything about this place is a disaster. The surroundings are extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Every evening, groups of Vietnamese people gather at the entrance. While there’s nothing wrong with people sitting together, they constantly leave trash behind and show off by loudly revving their motorbikes – the noise is so strong you can hear it even on the 40th floor. The building management is absolutely useless. They ignore any requests and act like they’re royalty. They clearly don’t care about the residents at all. Honestly, it would be better to fire them completely and leave no one than to keep these people who do nothing. The elevators are tiny and insufficient for the number of residents. There’s no air conditioning or ventilation in them, so they are always hot, overcrowded, and constantly smell bad. Cleaning is rare and clearly not enough. The hallways are full of giant spiders hanging every few meters, and no one bothers to remove them. The floors barely get cleaned once a week. The fire alarm randomly goes off several times a day – especially around 8am. It’s not only annoying but also unsafe, because now I don’t even know when a real fire might happen. Construction noise is everywhere – no matter which floor you live on, you’ll hear someone doing heavy renovations. Security guards sleep during the night. They don’t patrol, don’t check anything – they just sleep and pretend to be working. This is one of the worst places to rent or buy an apartment. There are no good cafes or shops nearby. You have to walk to Oceanus just to find something decent to eat or buy. The only 24/7 store downstairs has barely anything – mostly drinks, and the little food they have is terrible. All in all, this place is a 0 out of 10 – no, a -10 out of 10 if that were possible. Stay far away from this complex. Don’t even consider it.
