Hey Tower 6 unit 2501 🙂 absolutely sick of the nonstop dragging, stomping, and banging every single day, morning and night. How hard is it to have basic consideration for other people? Management is useless despite repeated complaints. Worst living experience ever😊

Noise pollution is very bad. Almost every day you get to listen a selection of drunken karaoke. Sometimes also few days of continuous base from expo center. I highly recommend looking for some nicer area unless you're deaf or just don't mind. Pools are nice but also disgusting as almost no one showers before jumping in. There's people jumping to the pool all sweaty straight from gym or tennis in their underwear. Swimming teachers who don't even live there using it as their workplace but not bothering to shower before entering with all clothes on. And almost every swimmer leaves behind a trail of perfume and sweat. Rents are very high but you can easily negotiate 20-30% off. Most landlords still prefer to have a tenant rather than leaving it empty like big part of the flats are. Staff is mostly very nice and helpful so 1 star goes for them

It's not bad living here except for very loud karaoke noise from Huynh Tan Phat and loud music from the expo centre. There is always something going on either funerals or death anniversaries. Expect to hear loud noise every month and the smell of the river once every couple months. There is no flood for sure.
