WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Scenic Valley 2 Hotel,this was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had.

We booked months in advance and clearly requested an early check-in between 2 AM and 3 AM due to our flight schedule. Not only was this request acknowledged and accepted, but I also have proof of that agreement. So imagine our shock when we arrived exhausted in the middle of the night, only to be told that check-in was at 2 PM the next day.

No apology. No solution. No effort.

We were left completely stranded, sleep-deprived, and with nowhere to go at that hour in a foreign city. The staff were incredibly unresponsive, dismissive, and uncooperative. They ignored our messages and made zero attempt to fix a situation that THEY had agreed to in advance.

This is not just poor service, it’s completely irresponsible and unacceptable behavior, especially when dealing with travelers arriving at odd hours.

If you value basic communication, reliability, or even just being treated with a minimum level of respect, DO NOT BOOK HERE. There are far better places in Ho Chi Minh City that won’t leave you stranded in the middle of the night.

No doubt , very good place to live & works , next to top ranking hospitals , shopping malls , international schools , exhibition center , traditional market , cultural & sport center… all just 5 minutes walk

Great pool, although we did not get the card for it. The host did not answer for 3 FULL DAYS where we could not use the pool, even though it was included. We also had to ask for cutlery which we also did not get until day 4. The receptionist did not help us at all when our card did not work in the elevator. We were not given any check in instructions, so we had to call the host and AFTER 30 MINUTES he answers but did not speak english at all. Clean room, but very far from the city centre. Great location..away from the tourists and noise of city centre.. still plenty going on but relaxing.. great apartments and so many little convenient shops.close by plus a huge shopping mall just 200m away with everything you may need

Really good with the place but not the quality of the outside and no security guards.

The condo owns convenient location with big shopping mall in walking-distance; many shophouses & cafeteria at level 1 and 2; surrounded by many int'l schools and hospitals and within big foreigner community. Easy to rent out. Super good place !!!

Ridiculous area, unfriendly for pet, so stupid....
