Not good for long term residents. Too many loud events waking you up on random mornings at the park. Too many Airbnb guests. Rude guards who try to extort you for bribe money by accusing you of random crimes.

I have stayed here multiple times via Airbnb, and I absolutely love this place! It is an incredibly beautiful, modern, and high end luxury building with top notch amenities. The location in Thủ Thiêm is fantastic and convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you want a premium and upscale experience in Saigon! Show more

Amazing location. The pool is mention worthy. A wrap around pool across the entire building! The location is in district 1 so super convenient and close to everything. Convenience stores and cafes are also at walkable distance.

Be careful when booking an apartment, we were SCAMMED! Im enclosing scamming company - more than 5million dong for 2 nights in scammed apartment. They promote false photos

When a foreign friend stays here and his girlfriend visits, Tower C's security guard won't let her in. Even if a night guard who doesn't speak English shows his real girlfriend a picture, he won't let her in. You can get in if you pay 500,000 D per day. He also takes money from several foreigners he doesn't know. The security guards at other towers are the same. Show more

Security guard is terrible. Everything else is not good too. Not recommended.

bảo vệ ngày 9/6/2026 không chịu thối tiền giữ xe thừa. Dù 1 2k nhưng mà nếu ngày thì rất nhiều tiền ạ. Kính mong BQT xem xét về vấn đề.
