Not good for long term residents. Too many loud events waking you up on random mornings at the park. Too many Airbnb guests. Rude guards who try to extort you for bribe money by accusing you of random crimes.

I have stayed here multiple times via Airbnb, and I absolutely love this place! It is an incredibly beautiful, modern, and high end luxury building with top notch amenities. Amazing location. The pool is mention worthy. A wrap around pool across the entire building! The location is in district 1 so super convenient and close to everything. Convenience stores and cafes are also at walkable distance.
