Really Good Resort and good service

We just spent 5 days in one of the Ocean Villas beachfront villas. 5 huge bedrooms, each with unsuite, massive living area and kitchen and private pool. Step straight onto the beach. How good is that?
Central to Hoi An and Da Nang and other attractions.
And great service from Tony and Simon in Admin. Nothing was too much trouble.

I had a stay of two halves at Ocean Villas.
My experience started off very well; the check-in was smooth and the staff provided a warm, friendly welcome that set a great tone for the trip. We also opted for an in-villa BBQ—while the food was l fine, it wasn't particularly memorable or "wow" for the price point, but it served its purpose for a relaxing night in.
However, the final day was incredibly frustrating due to service delays. We called for a buggy well in advance, but it took 30 minutes to arrive, causing us to miss the breakfast service entirely. Seeking an alternative, we headed to the gym, only to find it locked with no staff available to open it. We ended up having to run back to our villa ourselves.
To top it off, when it was time to check out, we waited another 30 minutes for a second buggy. While the property is beautiful and the initial service was lovely, the lack of reliability regarding transportation and facility access on our last day really dampened the overall experience. Consistency is definitely something that needs to be addressed here. Show more

Nice villa

At first you will get bombarded with messages from the place to confirm check-in time/checkout time/breakfast time/arrival time.
Tony is the apartment supervisor, and he seems to be on Call 24/7. Reply to your messages instantly.
The rims are big and spacious, but you will need a car to go places as it is not near town. But the plus side of that is that it is quite and peaceful. Show more
