When you check in, they ask you to pay for three months + deposit. For what? For an apartment with water running down the walls and sewage everywhere? And no matter how much you say, the problems don't get solved. I've been trying to solve the issue of a perpetually flooded ceiling since OCTOBER last year!!! Do you even realize that this is unsafe?! You want fires? There are electrics all over the house!!! In short, if you don't want to torture yourself and your family - don't move in. There's no way to move out due to insecurity, you'll lose your deposit. So you either put up with it or pay up. People obviously haven't heard of basic consumer rights here. This is the worst.
