This was my third stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing compared to my previous visits.
I honestly wonder if there has been a change in the management team, because the quality of service and the overall guest experience have declined sig
nificantly.
The room was not properly cleaned. The floor was noticeably dirty, and the overall condition of the room felt more like a 3-star hotel rather than the premium resort experience I had enjoyed in the past.
What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. From the front desk team to guest service staff and even the ticket-checking staff at the entrance, many employees seemed unfriendly and lacked the level of hospitality I experienced during my stays in 2023 and 2024.
In addition, our experience at WinWonders was frustrating. The waiting time for attractions was extremely long—around 2.5 hours for a single ride. Considering that the entrance ticket costs approximately 1,050,000 VND per person, I was surprised to find that guests are expected to pay an additional 200,000 VND per person per ride to access a faster queue. Under these circumstances, visitors can realistically enjoy only one or two attractions during their visit.
My family and I chose to return for the third time because we had wonderful memories of our previous stays and expected the same high standards of service. Sadly, this visit left us feeling disappointed and saddened by the decline in customer service, staff attitude, and overall experience.
I sincerely hope the management team will take this feedback seriously and make improvements so that future guests can enjoy the level of hospitality and quality that Vinpearl was once known for.
