1. Where's the best place to grab a SIM? Any carrier recs? What's a fair price, and what data plans are you guys using?
2. Can you pay in USD pretty much everywhere like in Cambodia, or do we need to swap it for dong? We used jewelry shops in Sri Lanka — is that a thing here too? Any good exchange spots in HCMC?
