Landmark 81 apartment on Booking with just 2 reviews, worth 11 million VND a week?

Hey guys! Has anyone stayed at Landmark 81 Residences Suite? Booked a week on Booking for around 11 million VND, no breakfast, and now I'm second-guessing it 😅

The listing is new, only has two perfect 10/10 reviews and doesn't say anything about the management company. There are loads of places on the map with similar Landmark names, all at different prices, and every listing looks great.

Trying to figure out if this is actually in the Landmark 81 tower or somewhere nearby using a similar name. Is that price reasonable?

Found one bad review on another travel site mentioning worn-out furniture, broken fittings and weak AC, but couldn't tell if it was the same apartment or host. Anyone stayed with this particular host or booked something similar? Happy to switch if this looks dodgy.

There are lots of different owners renting out apartments under the Landmark name. I'd also think about whether the location suits your trip. It's not far from the centre by car, but you probably won't want to walk there. Depends on what you're planning to do.

If you're worried about the listing matching reality, you could use a local service to send someone to the address, check the apartment exists and take current photos.

We stayed there and liked the apartment. There's a nice park nearby too. We found getting around HCMC on foot tricky in general, but taxis were cheap.
