Жил в этом ЖК 2 года в разных квартирах. Из плюсов. Классный вид, чистота в ЖК Из минусов, очень шумно. В самом здании хорошая шумоизоляция между квартирами, весь шум исходит снаружи, футбольные поля, церковь, школа, караоке, бабушки по утрам. За последнее время сильно выросли цены. Также состояние квартир сильно отличается, перед заселением нужно смотреть. В общем минусы перевесили плюсы и я переехал. I lived in this residential complex for 2 years in different apartments. Pros: Great view, and the complex itself is very nice. Cons: It’s very noisy. The building has good sound insulation between units, but most of the noise comes from outside — football fields, a church, a school, karaoke, and elderly people chatting in the mornings. Rental prices have increased significantly recently. Also, the condition of the apartments varies a lot, so it’s important to inspect them before moving in. For me, the cons outweighed the pros, so I decided to move out.

I strongly advise against moving into the building (section B) facing the city. Every weekday and sometimes on Saturdays from 5:30-6:00 AM, a woman/man screams through a loudspeaker, a child sings, screaming so loudly that the walls shake, and a closed balcony door won't save you. This horror lasts for 2-3 hours. I don't know why this crap (why the loudspeaker is needed, and how this could be allowed in a residential area) is necessary. I've been living there for several months now and am in shock. I'm starting to look for another place to live. It's not about karaoke on a weekend for 1-2 hours; that's understandable and forgivable. With this morning screaming, you will be systematically tortured. Why can't the building management simply ask them to lower the volume or direct the loudspeakers so loudly that they scream downwards (which is possible, they are targeted)? I don't know. I know for a fact that many tenants can't stand it and move out for this reason. Otherwise, the building is fine. But everything has its price. A studio apartment doesn't cost more than $400 (price = quality), although they're already starting to ask for $450-500. This city isn't worth it, and the house isn't worth that price. Очень классный комплекс для жизни, из нюансов - звуки со всех сторон слышны достаточно хорошо) квартиры без насекомых, мусор часто убирают, клевый бассейн

Шумно со всех сторон. В 4 утра- колокола, в 5.30- танцы вьетнамок на море, потом школа, футбольные поля, а ночью поют караоке вьетнамцы. Периодически проблемы с лифтом. Бассейн, ради которого большинство здесь останавливаются- 5 лежаков, на весь комплекс, омтальную территорию оккупировал бар с навязчивым сервисом (купите напиток, тогда можно воспользоваться лежаком или сидеть за столом). Зимой очень холодный и сильный ветер. Из плюсов-красивый вид, чисто, без насекомых

Khi khu vực bị mất điện, động cơ điện bị hỏng tại Scenia được bật lên, làm ô nhiễm và gây khói độc trong không khí trên toàn khu vực, khiến cho không thể thở hoặc ở trong nhà. Hàng trăm người phải chịu đựng sự khó chịu và ngộ độc chỉ để Scenia có được điện.

Really nice apartments with stunning coastal views ,I've read the reviews and there's lots of moaning about minor or untrue things ,mainly Russians moaning ,so try to take there reviews with a pinch of salt as theres lots of them staying here and they moan about everything .it's a really nice place and for the rental price it's great ,the moaners need to look at the rate there paying and take it into consideration .🙏🏽The pool has a stunning view .

Căn hộ view biển rất đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Đi qua đường là tới biển luôn. Khu vực này đa số người dân địa phương tới tắm nên không quá đông và cũng dễ chịu Nhân viên thân thiện, cư dân lịch sự, các tầng tên tĩnh, cách âm tốt
