My family of six booked in advance, but upon arrival, the reception staff assigned us to rooms 14 and 38 on floors 14 and 38. What do you think?
When we asked why, we only received curt, commanding answers, telling us we had to stay wherever we were told.
The rooms and chairs were broken all over.
Giving it 1 star is being a bit lenient.

Don’t ever book room here, I booked a room for non-smoking but when I check in, they sent me to room A3605, Room smell of cigarette really heavy, I asked Front desk employee to transfer me to different room, He said that he would contact with The property owner, When I checked back with them next day, they still said that the Property Owner haven’t response yet. I heard some people live in here, complain the same. After one night, living in this room, I feel sick, I will report to health department

Hard to fault it, had the luxury elegance, great location with lovely views, if you dont mind the occasional traffic noise. 2 pools , one free which is a little small and the pictured infinity pool has a 20000 vnd proce tag to use, didnt get to try . Overall great stay

Everything was good enough, for 1 key you have to pay deposit 200k, depends on your luck you can have satisfactory or good room with kitchenette. 6 floor swimming pool good for children. I had a city view 14th floor, for me sea view was not important. 675k per night through Agoda in April.

The location is excellent surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants offering both local and international cuisine. It is very convenient to get around, and guests can easily choose dining options based on their preferences whether casual eateries or well-known restaurants. This makes it an ideal place for both relaxation and exploring nearby food spots. However the service still needs improvement. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming and there was an incident where housekeeping rang the doorbell to clean the room despite the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign being displayed which may have disturbed the guests’ rest. Additionally there were small blood stains and some strands of hair found on the bed which raises concerns about cleanliness at the first day we arrived.

This building apparently has a lot of names with “Panorama”; we stayed at the Panorama Wins Residences. Except for the horrible elevators, The facility and location were excellent. The room was nicely decorated, views amazing, awesome big balcony, nice soaking tub, comfortable bed. We had a reservation for 13 nights but the staff gave us so much hassle about wanting a cash payment when we arrived. Who pays cash for hotel stays, especially that large of an amount? Our reservation stated “cash payment not accepted” under the payment section so we refused. They tried to charge us 5% extra for credit card and we refused. Finally they allowed us to check in with credit card only if we canceled our reservation! I believe it was to avoid paying the reservation vendor their fee. It felt wrong. ||The cleaning staff did not seem to be on a routine schedule. Sometimes they came in the morning, other times they came so late in the day it was disturbing our enjoyment of the room so we had to skip cleaning. Not very organized. Even if we asked them to clean while we were out, there were different cleaning crews some for hotel, some for residence, and you didn’t know who to ask. ||The facility description stated “free on-site parking” but that was a lie, we had to pay every time we exited the parking garage. It also stated there were pools but none were available to us unless we paid a fee depending on which pool (rooftop costs more). I just felt nickel & dimed to death here. ||Overall the place was good but there were a lot of annoyances associated with this stay.

The room was old, no bottled water only refill glass bottles without any signs, provided only 2 big towels instead of 2 small towels, 2 big towel, 1 towel for legs... the kitchen zone had no cutlery, the fridge temperature inside was warm and you can't regulate the temperature. No tags "don't disturb" and "make up the room". So if you don't want the cleaning service come - you cannot notice them. Curtains was damaged and couldn't be closed well. The bathroom had mold everywhere!!! On the walls and floor. Stuff doesn't care at all! On the floor was the small textile carpet which probably never be washed. No information about wi-fi! I went to the reception to ask for wi-fi password - that password was wrong so I had to call the owner of the room and after some time he sent me another password by sms... Bed sheets were okay. Positive points are only good central location and nice view.

As someone working in the hospitality industry, I would like to share my experience during my 3-night stay. The location is excellent—very convenient and easy to access, which made the overall stay more enjoyable.I understand that each hotel has its own policies. For example, there was a fee of 20,000 VND for luggage storage after check-out. While in our industry this service is often complimentary, I do understand that policies may differ, and the amount itself is not significant. However, I would suggest that improving the service mind in such situations would leave a better impression on guests.Regarding the room, I had booked a one-bed room but was assigned a twin room for four people. I understand this may have been due to high occupancy during that period.Overall, I appreciate the stay and hope the hotel can further enhance the guest experience in the future.
