Four Points by Sheraton

Nice and new hotel. The service is excellent. There was a slight delay in our check in at 3pm and the housekeeping staff were still cleaning our room. The service manager immediately gave us free drinks vouchers for the pool bar as service recovery. The next day, Vivian even tracked us down at the breakfast restaurant to ask about our stay. She apologized for the slight inconvenience again. Also assisted with our request for late check out as our flight home was at 6.30pm. Very impressed with the service of the hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. All the amenities were good and working. There is a water dispenser in each room. The location is at the far end of My Khe beach, which was a little out of the way. The path to the beach is not as developed as the hotels nearer the centre of the beach, not near any beach clubs. Would be great if the hotel build a beach club too! Nevertheless, the beach still easy to access, just cross the road and walk along the man-made (literally) path. There is a mini mart and foot massage place just beside the hotel. The hotel spa is also very nice. The view from the gym is great! One slight inconvenience is the speed of the lifts. There are 4 lifts but seems like only 2 is working at any one time. Every time you go up and down, be prepared to wait about 5mins for the lifts. Still, overall is it a great place. Will stay here again if I visit Da Nang another time. Show more

Comfortable stay and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Good variety of Breakfast options, with special menu items for Elite Marriott Bonvoy members. Swimming pool can get a little crowded for swimming, otherwise it’s a great place to chill. Do buffer time and be patient with the lift during breakfast timing. Show more

Would absolutely come back. Also, there’s a seafood restaurant near the hotel called Phuoc My Seafood - insanely good seafood, surprisingly affordable, and the quality was amazing. Definitely worth trying while staying here.

Had an amazing stay here, the hotel have a very strategic location near My Khe Beach, the view from my room was very beautiful. The room itself also spacious and have a very comfortable bed, have a balcony with best ocean view, the staff also very kind and helpful. Love the vietnamese hospitality!

The highlight of my stay here is the rooftop pool and breakfast restaurant. The rooftop pool and bar have a very stunning view and the breakfast was very delicious and have a wide variety of foods and they also serve vietnamese food. Show more

You can see the entirety of Danang beach here it’s so beautiful! The pool is at first glance hot and stuffy during the day but at night when the temperature drops a bit it’s the best especially when you can take a dip in the jacuzzi and end the night in a warm bathrobe. This place is ridiculously clean, comfortable beds! Such comfortable beds! I completely forgot my bed at home was the best! Show more

Extremely disappointing stay at Four Points by Sheraton Danang. We left the hotel at 8 AM and returned at 6:15 PM to find our room still not cleaned. When we called the front desk, we were told that we should have called to request housekeeping. I have stayed in countless hotels and have never experienced anything like this before.
For a Marriott-branded hotel, this level of service is unacceptable. Guests should not have to remind staff to do basic housekeeping. Definitely not the experience we expected. Show more

Too many guests, not enough amenities. Needed to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator every single time you wanted to go to/from your room.
