Comfortable and quiet apartment.

Overall, this is a really lovely apartment block to live in. Our apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, and feels like a great place to come home to, and the building is in a really convenient location with stunning views.

There are a few small finishing details here and there that could be better, like some things not being completely straight and a few seals lifting, but they’re relatively minor and haven’t taken away from the overall experience.

One thing that I do think would really elevate the building even more is adding some sun loungers and better seating around the pool. It’s a great shared space and feels like it has the potential to be even more appealing and better suited to the style of the block. It would make the area much more inviting for residents and would be a lovely added touch, especially for people who are drawn to this kind of lifestyle-focused building. Show more

The level of management in this place should be learned and practice in fancy resorts all over the world, every single issue we’ve had was taken care of immediately, electrical issues, water, equipment we didn’t know how to operate or general help were immediately being answered. Comfortable and quiet apartment.

We spent few weeks in this building and we liked it a lot. May be walls are thin and you might hear neighbors and AC outside engine block working loud, but in overall it’s well built, with 24/7 convenient store, manicure&massage salon, western restaurant, cafe, pool, and super cute kindergarten. There’s a gym near by with daily passes available.
Also the area across the road with expensive fancy homes is another piece of pleasure for evening walks. Show more

It's a suitable place for long-term accommodation, for renting a house. The downside is that the people at the sales and rental office don't speak English (very little). Or maybe I just dont got lucky. We had a hard time communicating, it took up a lot of my time. Still, it's a good alternative.

It is okay apartment. I have 2 bedroom furnished serviced apartment for 19M VND. I like it.
