Overall, this is a really lovely apartment block to live in. Our apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, and feels like a great place to come home to, and the building is in a really convenient location with stunning views. There are a few small finishing details here and there that could be better, like some things not being completely straight and a few seals lifting, but they’re relatively minor and haven’t taken away from the overall experience. One thing that I do think would really elevate the building even more is adding some sun loungers and better seating around the pool. It’s a great shared space and feels like it has the potential to be even more appealing and better suited to the style of the block. It would make the area much more inviting for residents and would be a lovely added touch, especially for people who are drawn to this kind of lifestyle-focused building.

The level of management in this place should be learned and practice in fancy resorts all over the world, every single issue we’ve had was taken care of immediately, electrical issues, water, equipment we didn’t know how to operate or general help were immediately being answered. Thank you for everything Hong Anh and her team

Худший сервис, который я когда-либо видела. Девушка в лобби максимально неприветливая. Я по-человечески попросила оставить у них чемодан на пару часов, так как я уже выселилась, а до вылета оставалось еще время. У меня раненная нога, я физически не смогу дойти с этими чемоданами хотя бы до кафе. Мне она грубо отказала, сказав, что «Мы вам не отель». Когда я оставила на 5 минут, чтобы подняться и забрать оставшуюся сумку, она меня окрикнула и сказала, что и это нельзя. Я одна, я физически не могу унести все еще с больной ногой. Такого бесчеловечного отношения я еще не встречала. Я даже не просила следить, в лобби камеры. Это отвратительно и жестоко
