Their latest claim that all construction is finished is simply not true. They continue to do renovation work regularly, sometimes starting as early as 5:00 a.m. and even on weekends. Stayed at Panoma Luxury and unfortunately the experience didn’t match the name.

There is ongoing construction noise in the building drilling and hammering start around 8 AM and continue for most of the day. Even after asking workers to respect the building’s quiet hours, the noise continued, which Show more

The property is still undergoing renovations in some areas. There was occasional construction noise during my stay, which affected the overall quietness and relaxation experience

New building and as expected, construction still going on in many of the units. If you are sensitive to noise maybe look elsewhere.

When we first moved in we were told a gym will be open and available to tenants. Well, that was a lie.
