Their latest claim that all construction is finished is simply not true. They continue to do renovation work regularly, sometimes starting as early as 5:00 a.m. and even on weekends. Saying construction is complete while ongoing work continues feels misleading and seems aimed at attracting renters who may not know what to expect. I would not recommend this building. There are much better apartments with management that is honest and responsive. I also question many of the positive reviews, as some appear to have been posted by management or people connected to them. We have lived here for four months and will be moving out soon because of the constant construction noise and management’s poor response to maintenance and tenant concerns. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Красивый вид, хорошая отделка, приветливый персонал и классная локация. Из положительного все, и этого было бы достаточно для 5 звезд, но наплевательское отношение к шуму убивает все. Вечерами и ранним утром сверлить, открывать дверь в коридор, когда делаешь пыльные работы так, что у меня вся прихожая в пыли- верх неуважения, желаю всем, кто желает ремонты тут строителям, чтобы до конца из жизни по ночам кто-то сверлил перфоратором у них под ухом

Stayed at Panoma Luxury and unfortunately the experience didn’t match the name. There is ongoing construction noise in the building drilling and hammering start around 8 AM and continue for most of the day. Even after asking workers to respect the building’s quiet hours, the noise continued, which made it very difficult to rest or sleep. Elevator service is also inconsistent. During the day, only 2 out of 4 elevators are typically operating. For a 30-story building, having only two functioning elevators is simply not comfortable and often results in long waiting times. What is particularly disappointing is that the construction has been ongoing for more than four months. Workers regularly ignore building noise regulations, making it nearly impossible to work from home or sleep past 8 AM. Apartments here are rented at prices significantly above the local market average, yet the premium seems to be based almost entirely on the view. Unfortunately, the overall living experience does not justify the cost. Overall, not what you would expect from a “luxury” property. The only consistently positive part of the experience has been the administration and security staff. They are always polite and friendly

The property is still undergoing renovations in some areas. There was occasional construction noise during my stay, which affected the overall quietness and relaxation experience

Edit: They are trying to get all the negative reviews deleted. New building and as expected, construction still going on in many of the units. If you are sensitive to noise maybe look elsewhere. When we first moved in we were told a gym will be open and available to tenants. Well, that was a lie. Last but not the least, they don't hold delivery packages for tenants, meaning you'll have to be present to pick up your deliveries otherwise the delivery person aren't allow to leave them in the apartment premise.
