I stayed for three nights from 19 to 22 June 2026 at The Atier Gem Suites, located inside The Panorama building at No. 2 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Nha Trang.

Gave one star just to write this review as a warning to other unexpecting travellers.
Please be aware that these rooms and apartments are all owned, managed and hosted by different people although you check-in at the reception lobby. I booked a room online thinking the pictures looked great. How ver Show more

Great location but apart from that below expectations. Key didn’t work to lifts, got to fight to get into lifts. Room clean and tidy but curtains old with marks, cupboards warped. Curtain rail fell down when closing and we had to pay to have it put back up. Have to pay for towels at pool and buy a Show more

The hotel is busy with tourist but in a good way. One thing amazing is that the hotel located in very strategic area, 5 mins walking to the beach and night market, and there so many good foods nearby who open the store almost everyday even in national holiday!! Bizarrely, each room (floor?) is run by a different operator. I filtered on Agoda by rating and ended up with Starbeach and it was nice. Clean, responsive, no problems.
