Prime area, they dont clean the rooms really often so if you go to the beach make sure you don’t get sand all over the room. When I first entered the room it smelled horrible like they just sprayed bathroom freshener to mask the smell of how badly the room actually smelled. The elevators were so slow. It was definitely overcrowded with guests so it took forever to get on and off.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Overcrowded, noisy, poorly maintained, and plagued by incredibly long elevator waits. The lobby is saturated with an overpowering artificial fragrance mixed with cleaning chemicals. The smell is so strong that it becomes unpleasant rather than welcoming. The room had an unpleasant smell, the facilities felt neglected, and check-in/check-out was painfully slow. While the views are nice, there are many other hotels offering similar views with much better service and a far more comfortable stay. I definitely won’t be returning.

VILE. MOULD, FLEES, BED BUGS. Absolutely DISGUSTING. DO NOT STAY HERE. Our holiday is ruined. We checked in to find black mould all over the room and it stunk, they move us to a different room and there was flees all in the bed. With a child as well. We asked to pay for the night and get refunded for the rest so we can go to a different hotel. The manager has blocked our calls, doesn’t want to talk to us. Absolutely disgusting and has ruined our holiday after travelling so far to come here. (Reply below states we did not stay here - we absolutely are staying here) avoid at all costs.

NEVER NEVER BOOK THAT APARTMENT !! THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY ROOM!!!! I have stayed one month !!! And day before check out I see that!! When I came to the Reseption To help me to see 🎥 and THEY SAID THEY CANT SHOW !!! Do you think that’s how HONEST people do??!!!!! I AM GOING TO POLICE STATION TO WRITE THE REPORT BUT PLEASE 🙏 DONT STAY WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO STAY SECURE!!! 😭😭😭

🚨🚨DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!!! 🚨🚨 DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!🚨🚨 INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. REFUSED TO CANCEL BOOKING AND REFUND ANY PORTION OF COST. Read all of the 1 star reviews, absolute scammers, which is a poor reflection on the Vietnamese people who are generally lovely people. Choose accommodation that has better reviews. There are many valid reasons why they have a 2 star rating. I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY LIMITED POWER TO RUN THESE SCAMMERS OUT OF BUSINESS.
