good foods, good place to cheer beer with friendz

Been living here for 1 year, location wise is good if you like being near the center, pool and gym are okay. The reason of 1 star is the residence group chat is highly toxic and negative. People just complaint and complaint in a negative manners, event parking the bike wrong, a dog barks, etc,... instead of just calling and texting management team, they text to the group to annoy for the other over 200 people there. An incredible place close to all amenities.
Rose is always very responsive and available to answer any request.
I highly recommend it without hesitation.

There is a sky garden on the 34th floor. You can see the full view of the Ho Chi Ming City. There is also a ~18m swimming pool and a gym room on the 3rd floor.

Worst place in whole saigon

They start Playing music at 7 clock in the morning in the floor. I live here in a Circus. Never again saigon royal
