Been living here for 1 year, location wise is good if you like being near the center, pool and gym are okay. The reason of 1 star is the residence group chat is highly toxic and negative. People just complaint and complaint in a negative manners, event parking the bike wrong, a dog barks, etc,... instead of just calling and texting management team, they text to the group to annoy for the other over 200 people there.
