Always choosing this place when I visit HCM. It is quiet place and safe to stay. Easy to find grab and nonly 10min away from district 1 area. Very clean and new environment, and secure. The room isn’t even cleaned, very dirty. The walls are dirtied, they didn’t even clean the floors. All they did to make it look new is replace the water bottles and supplies.

if you want peace in your life then don't live here. lots of construction sounds from the new building next door and from neighbors as well who have no respect for quiet hours. concerts do mic checks on weekend early morning. daily karaoke sounds from 7-11PM. if you live here you will go crazy from Show more

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is an absolute scam! You can’t access the lobby or pool. Misleading pictures advertised. The security are the rudest people. We ending up canceling our booking even though they kept saying we can’t. Please avoid at all costs!

Very disappointing experience. We specifically booked a 4-bedroom apartment so our group could stay together, but upon arrival we were told it was unavailable and were given two separate apartments instead. This completely changed the experience and created unnecessary inconvenience for our group.
