Always choosing this place when I visit HCM. It is quiet place and safe to stay. Easy to find grab and nonly 10min away from district 1 area. Very clean and new environment, and secure. Stongnly recommend to stay. However, read all term and condition from Airbnb carefully. Depending on your the number of days to stay in there, you cannot use gym and pool. Show more

The room isn’t even cleaned, very dirty. The walls are dirtied, they didn’t even clean the floors. All they did to make it look new is replace the water bottles and supplies.

if you want peace in your life then don't live here. lots of construction sounds from the new building next door and from neighbors as well who have no respect for quiet hours. concerts do mic checks on weekend early morning. daily karaoke sounds from 7-11PM. if you live here you will go crazy from the noise everyday. there are also so many airbnb guests causing problems in the lobby and entrances so it feels like a hotel and not a good place for long-term residence. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is an absolute scam! You can’t access the lobby or pool. Misleading pictures advertised. The security are the rudest people. We ending up canceling our booking even though they kept saying we can’t. Please avoid at all costs!

Very disappointing experience. We specifically booked a 4-bedroom apartment so our group could stay together, but upon arrival we were told it was unavailable and were given two separate apartments instead. This completely changed the experience and created unnecessary inconvenience for our group.

What made it worse was the lack of accountability or effort to properly resolve the issue. No meaningful compensation was offered, and the situation was handled poorly.

If you advertise a certain room type, guests should receive what they booked or be fairly compensated. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this place based on how they handled the situation. Show more

Vietnamese law has PROHIBITED apartment owners from renting out their units as short-term Airbnb stays, yet some still choose to ignore these regulations.

To all travelers: this is not an ideal place for you to stay. These apartments are being used for the wrong purpose. If you choose to rent here, you will not have access to facilities such as the gym, yoga room, golf area, or other amenities that are reserved exclusively for actual residents of the building.

Please do not support illegal services like this. It not only violates regulations but can also negatively affect your own experience and rights as a guest.

Worst possible location for a tourist! There staff has some issue idk what but has some issue!

We stayed there for 5 days, god forbid if you forgot your card, they want someone to come down to get me i cannot go back up, you just saw me getting out of the building!
Somehow they have an issue with luggage or people waiting in the lobby? Why create a lobby area if you dont want people to sit there! They will make you leave just for no reason at all. They dont want people to be visible there at all!
While checking out we had our luggage with us and were waiting for the taxi to arrive which was 5 minutes out, but they didnt let us wait inside the building where there is an actual lobby and the security guard got 3 more guards to intimidate us to leave the premises!
As to fellow tourists just avoid this place at any cost, there are roaches, bad staff and all the reasons to not stay at this place!
Also i totally forgot to mention they dont have the air conditioning on at all! Show more

I was under the impression that this was a hotel but it was more like an airbnb… the host left us waiting outside the building for over 10 minutes before providing the keypass. I booked the suite but the room I got looked like a major downgrade. Nothing like the photos advertised in their listing. And there was no hot water!… very dissatisfied Show more
