주거지는 최고급 럭셔리 답게 뷰도 좋고 괜찮습니다 5박6일 기준 120만원 들어가지만 3룸에 쾌적하게 즐기다 갑니다

Always choosing this place when I visit HCM. It is quiet place and safe to stay. Easy to find grab and nonly 10min away from district 1 area. Very clean and new environment, and secure. Stongnly recommend to stay. However, read all term and condition from Airbnb carefully. Depending on your the number of days to stay in there, you cannot use gym and pool.

The room isn’t even cleaned, very dirty. The walls are dirtied, they didn’t even clean the floors. All they did to make it look new is replace the water bottles and supplies.

if you want peace in your life then don't live here. lots of construction sounds from the new building next door and from neighbors as well who have no respect for quiet hours. concerts do mic checks on weekend early morning. daily karaoke sounds from 7-11PM. if you live here you will go crazy from the noise everyday. there are also so many airbnb guests causing problems in the lobby and entrances so it feels like a hotel and not a good place for long-term residence.

Thực sự ấn tượng với trải nghiệm tại The Opera Residence. Đây không chỉ là một căn hộ cao cấp mà là một chuẩn mực sống thượng lưu đúng nghĩa ngay tại trung tâm Thủ Thiêm. Thiết kế kính tràn từ sàn đến trần giúp view nhìn toàn cảnh sông Sài Gòn và trung tâm quận 1 cực kỳ mãn nhãn, đặc biệt là vào ban đêm. Tiện ích nội khu đẳng cấp, dịch vụ quản lý chuyên nghiệp và an ninh rất tốt. Vị trí quá thuận tiện để di chuyển sang quận 1 chỉ trong vài phút. Một lựa chọn hoàn hảo cho những ai tìm kiếm sự sang trọng và yên tĩnh.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is an absolute scam! You can’t access the lobby or pool. Misleading pictures advertised. The security are the rudest people. We ending up canceling our booking even though they kept saying we can’t. Please avoid at all costs!
