주거지는 최고급 럭셔리 답게 뷰도 좋고 괜찮습니다
5박6일 기준 120만원 들어가지만
3룸에 쾌적하게 즐기다 갑니다

집은 고급지고 좋으나 옆 공사로인한 주간소음.
공사가없다는 가정하에 좋아요 . 일찍일어나는편이라 괜찮지만 늦게까지주무시려면 지금은 비추함

Always choosing this place when I visit HCM. It is quiet place and safe to stay. Easy to find grab and nonly 10min away from district 1 area. Very clean and new environment, and secure. Stongnly recommend to stay. However, read all term and condition from Airbnb carefully. Depending on your the number of days to stay in there, you cannot use gym and pool. 더 보기

The room isn’t even cleaned, very dirty. The walls are dirtied, they didn’t even clean the floors. All they did to make it look new is replace the water bottles and supplies.

if you want peace in your life then don't live here. lots of construction sounds from the new building next door and from neighbors as well who have no respect for quiet hours. concerts do mic checks on weekend early morning. daily karaoke sounds from 7-11PM. if you live here you will go crazy from the noise everyday. there are also so many airbnb guests causing problems in the lobby and entrances so it feels like a hotel and not a good place for long-term residence. 더 보기
