I stayed at Homyland Riverside for about a year. It was a complete disaster. Avoid this place. There are many better options in the area.
The management is rude and unhelpful. Security guards harass residents, accusing you of not belonging there even after you show your elevator card and explain you live in the building. They insult you and try to make you leave, especially if you're just sitting in the lobby or outside the lobby. If you have a pet, the harassment gets worse.
The amenities are poor. The pool is dirty. The gym has no working AC, so it gets up to 35 degrees inside. Staff dismiss complaints by saying the windows are open. Personal trainers constantly approach you, trying to scam you.
The complex is filthy. Spiders and cockroaches are everywhere. Garbage rooms smell terrible, with spiderwebs on the ceilings. Outside areas are just as dirty.
Inside the units, quality is low. The "marble floors" look pixelated somehow. Paint flakes off the walls with light contact. There are almost no electrical outlets. Doors are grimy, like they're smeared with oil. Handles, locks, doorbells, and cameras are low quality.
Elevators are disgusting, with drawings on the walls and greasy buttons. They're slow, the slowest I've seen in HCMC. Only two of three work in a 23-floor building, and they're small.
Units have no soundproofing, so you hear neighbors clearly all day. Constant construction outside adds noise, and closed roads force you onto muddy paths to get home.
Ground-floor shops look run-down. The nearest ATM charges your card but often says it's out of cash, requiring a call to support for a refund.
Do not move here. Choose one of the hundreds of better alternatives in D2. もっと見る
