Residents of this apartment suffer from frequent concerts and events held at the park next door.
We are regularly affected by excessive noise, sound echoing off the buildings, vibrations caused by the loud music, explosive fireworks, and shouting from the crowd.
Despite repeated requests to management to protect the living environment for both owners and tenants, nothing has improved. The management seems to have no power to take meaningful action.
It doesn’t matter whether it’s 5AM or 11 PM — there are early morning events, late-night concerts, and rehearsals throughout the day. It’s extremely disruptive.
Unfortunately, this situation is unlikely to change. According to management, these concerts and events appear to be organized in cooperation with the local government, and the apartment has no authority to oppose them.
If you value a quiet, stress-free living environment, I would not recommend living or staying here.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. Overall very pleased with location, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. Cheap taxi rides from grab gets you anywhere you want. The rooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms. Only downside is that we had no house keeping during our stay but we knew that when booking. Really nice swimming pool area too. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

⚠️ METROPOLE SAIGON SUITES -> SCAM🚨
I want to share my recent experience to warn others about METROPOLE SAIGON SUITES, listed on booking.com.
My booking was confirmed, and I was even able to contact the property through the app and via mobile phone beforehand.
However, when it was time to check in, suddenly I couldn’t reach the property by phone, and they blocked me from further communication.
This left me scrambling to find a replacement accommodation at the last minute, which was both stressful and inconvenient.
If you’re considering booking this property, think twice and be cautious.

A collection of illegally operated Airbnbs masquerading as a luxury apartment. One of the worst decisions I have made in Vietnam is to sign a year long lease in this building, and I certainly will not be renewing.
The security staff here exceeds 20+ people and they spend their time harassing residents for things like using the regular elevator instead of the service elevator when it has been locked for 30+ minutes (dogs are expected to use the service elevator, but obviously if it is continuously locked you are permitted to use the guest elevator- I cleared this myself with management and in my lease when I moved in!!)
Simple tasks like letting your house cleaner in are made 100x more difficult- took me a half hour to let my cleaner in today EVEN AFTER I went downstairs myself to bring her up. The security staff said I had to register her. I asked where- they said the lobby. So I did so. Even then; they said she had to come to the basement for ADDITIONAL paperwork. After going down to the basement it’s not clear why that was even necessary??? And the service elevator was locked so they just expected me to wait with her there for an hour?
Truly idiot levels of competency, totally unacceptable given the amount of rent we pay as tenants in a supposed “luxury” building
Meanwhile in the lobby and common areas, illegal Airbnb tenants continue let their children run around, scream, jump on furniture, break things- and the front desk and security do absolutely nothing.
I am so, SO SO SO GLAD to be moving out at the end of the month- I cannot discourage you from renting here enough.

I signed a two year lease for a new apartment. I was the first tenant, and I was told the building was completed in 2021. Unfortunately, the building did not correctly install the tiles in my apartment and many other apartments. The construction is very loud and dusty. I can hear it from other apartments from 8:30 - 11:00, 1:30 -5:00. When they come to repair the holes, they don’t do a good job, and new holes appear soon after. The repairs also cause other damage. I pay about 1,600,000VND monthly for building maintenance. It’s a shame. My advice: look for a different building that was built correctly with correctly installed flooring.

Booked 2bedroom for 4night stay, apt is vert spacious but due to certain protocols it is not made for people who are tourist , location is not walkable to key points of HCM, going in and out is such a hassle, the person we rented from only provided us with 1 key, the key is needed to get past security and onto elevator. Grab drivers are confused on how to enter property causing you to walk out to street to flag them down. There is only one convenience store nearby , lobby reception is very unhelpful as they only want to help actual tenants and not vacationers. Besides being newly built , i do not recommend place for tourists.

It is nice place to live and has a good property management but has some down sides;
1- It doesn't have reception/lobby area so you don't feel that you are in luxury building. When you enter into the building you would enter directly in to the parking. If you have a guest, there is no place to wait for you.
2-The size of the units are small to compare with other luxury building. 2 or 3 beds design are ok but one bed has a very odd design. The washroom is in the bedroom so if you have a guest then he/she should go to your bedroom to go to washroom
3- Very expensive with these lack of facilities to compare with other luxury apartments

Now imagine having booked apartments for 7 people. Traveling from Denmark to Vietnam only to get told that everything is full, even though we have a reference number and booking number which was all booked 2 months in advance and confirmed.
They couldn’t help us, and we were stranded in the lobby with our booking that didnt mean ****
Worst service i have ever recieved.
Wouldnt even let us use a bathroom while we tried to find another place. As that was only “for people Living there”
