Worse experience of my life!! This is a pure SCAM. Nothing loxury about this place: Walls were cracked and filled with stains. Stains in the carpet everything was dirty. Very low level design and furniture they make it seems like it’s a cozy apartment but it’s completely empty can’t use the kitchen have to buy everything including soap! Mixed commercial and residential development. There’s a few buildings for the residential, M1, M2, M3 etc. If you take Grab make sure to input the address properly. Apartments are generally clean and well maintained. If you are here on short term stay, you need to register Face ID to enter the lift lobby which takes 3 days to process. If not the location here is great! There Lotte Center just opposite which has a very big supermarket at the basement. Vincom centre itself is a small mall but has cinema and a supermarket in the basement as well. Japan town is also just a stone’s throw away. Hôm nay ngày 23 tháng 1 tôi có 1 trải nghiệm rất là tồi tệ tại đây. Tôi xuống lấy đồ khi xong việc tôi quay lại và nhờ bảo vệ mở cửa hộ mi nhưng anh ta từ chối và bảo tôi là gọi người nhà xuống mở cửa. Trong khi hệ thống gọi số nhà để mở cửa bị hỏng. Tộ thật sự rất thất vọng với dịch vụ ở đây

Dịch vụ vin như kit. Có mỗi cái Face ID làm 1 tháng ko xong. Hỏng lên hỏng xuống. Chỉ thu phí thì rất nhanh !!!
