Hey guys! Planning to spend a few months living and travelling around Vietnam, and I'm pretty nervous about bugs in apartments. Had a rough experience in Bali sharing a villa with huge spiders 😭 How likely are you to find palm-sized spiders indoors?
Would a high floor in a modern apartment building help? Any areas or types of accommodation you'd recommend? Ants don't bother me, but big spiders, cockroaches and beetles definitely do.
For context, I saw roaches everywhere on the streets in Bangkok, but barely any in Phuket. Wondering what to expect here.
Also, just realised I've posted in the HCMC chat when I was actually looking at Nha Trang 🤦🏻♀️😂 Still deciding where to base ourselves, so would love thoughts on either city!
