Icekem is a free property classifieds and information platform. Users may browse listings, publish listings, submit rental or property requests, contact advertisers, create or use realtor profiles and read or submit reviews. Because the Service is based on user content, public listings, contact requests and safety tools, we may collect and process all information that users provide to us and information that is generated when the Service is used.

1. Information you provide

We collect, store and process information that you provide directly or indirectly through the Service. This may include:

Account information, such as username, name, email address, phone number, password credentials in protected form, language preferences and account settings.

Profile information, such as realtor or agent profile details, agency name, contact details, websites, social links, WhatsApp number, service areas, languages, description, avatar, photos, public profile content and other information you choose to show.

Property listing information, such as property type, rental or sale type, city, district, building, place, address or approximate location, price, deposit, fees, room count, area, amenities, availability, description, source language, translated text, contact phone, photos, videos, thumbnails, documents, notes and other listing details.

Requests and inquiries, such as rental requests, search preferences, contact forms, WhatsApp inquiry text, desired city, district, price, dates, room count, property type, comments and any other information you submit when asking for help or contacting an advertiser.

Reviews and feedback, such as ratings, review text, photos, author name, source information, timestamps, replies, reports, moderation notes and other information connected with reviews.

Messages, support requests and reports, such as complaints, takedown requests, corrections, abuse reports, legal notices, questions and any attachments or contact details included in them.

Uploaded photos and media. Photos, videos and other media may include visible personal information, property details, location clues and metadata. We may process, resize, crop, optimize, moderate, cache, store, display or remove uploaded media as described in our Terms of Use.

2. Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect technical, analytics, security and usage information. This may include:

IP address, approximate country and city based on IP address, request time, page URL, path, page title, language, referrer URL, referrer host, traffic source, session identifiers, visitor identifiers and bot signals.

Device and browser information, such as user agent, browser, operating system, device type, device model where detectable, screen size, viewport size, device pixel ratio, timezone and browser language.

3. IP-based location

We may use your IP address to estimate your approximate country, region or city. This is not precise GPS location. We use IP-based location for the benefit of users and the Service, including language and city relevance, fraud prevention, spam detection, security, analytics, traffic quality, debugging and understanding where the Service is useful.

We do not collect precise GPS location from your device unless a feature clearly asks for it and you choose to provide it. If you manually enter a city, district, address, building or property location, we process that information as user-provided information.

Sending or showing user requests and inquiries to relevant advertisers, realtors, listing owners or service providers.

Helping users find relevant properties, cities, districts, buildings, agents and reviews.

Moderating content, detecting spam, preventing fraud, protecting users, investigating abuse, enforcing our Terms of Use and maintaining service quality.

Processing photos and media, including resizing, cropping, optimizing, caching, deduplicating, moderating and displaying them.

Providing language versions, translations, SEO metadata, social previews, sitemaps, canonical pages and search engine access for public pages.

Measuring traffic, understanding sources, improving page performance, debugging errors, testing features and making product decisions.

Communicating with users about requests, support, moderation, account issues, legal notices, security issues and service updates.

Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests and protecting the rights, safety and property of Icekem, users and third parties.

7. Public information

Listings, realtor profiles, reviews, photos, building pages, place pages, public usernames, public contact details and other submitted content may be publicly visible. Public pages may be indexed by search engines, shown in snippets, shared on social networks, cached, translated or copied by third parties.

Do not publish personal information, private addresses, documents, photos or contact details unless you are comfortable with them being publicly available or have the right to publish them.

8. Sharing information

We may share information in the following ways:

With other users, advertisers, realtors, listing owners or service providers when you submit a request, contact form, inquiry, review, listing or public profile.

Publicly, when you publish listings, reviews, realtor profiles, photos or other public content.

With service providers who help us host, operate, secure, analyze, debug, translate, moderate, deliver or improve the Service.

With third-party services that you choose to use, such as WhatsApp, maps, social networks, external websites or payment providers. Those services have their own privacy practices.

With authorities, courts, regulators, legal advisers or affected parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents or legal claims.

Icekem is a classifieds and information platform. We do not sell users' personal information as a separate data product. However, the Service works by publishing listings, profiles and reviews, and by transmitting requests or contact information to relevant parties when users choose to use those features.
