Staying here currently, with 11 mths of lease to go.
Great view from my unit, but area is dusty. My balcony is always full of dust despite staying above 30th floor - no point hanging out at balcony.
This place is in district 2 and primarily serves expat tenants, quite disappointed that staffs are unable to speak basic English. Lots of translation are required to be done via phone(not a big issue) but it can be a pain when things are urgent.
Facilities are okay, gym of decent size, pools are fine but not fantastic. Serene surrounding with essentials like family mart, mini supermarket, hair salon, petshop, cafes, massage palour right within Empire City.

One of the best high end condos in HCMC.
Wished the management does a better job on cleaning and maintaining the buildings, but other than that, it’s a great place to stay.

It’s quiet, green, clean, very high end.

Great building complex. Quiet and good security.

Have been living here 7 months and I definitely won’t be renewing my lease after:

-the manager here repeatedly didn’t respect my request to text or call me before showing up at my door and repeatedly ringing my doorbell (happened 3x in one week), waking me up since I work the night shift and sleep during the day

- manager breaks his own rules, instead of letting people go through the gates they make them go all the way around the unit instead of moving the drop off location to a more appropriate place, and yet the manager goes through the gates every single day

- the security guards photograph residents and post them in their group chat for discussion. Literally could not believe my ears when multiple security guards told me this

- wild cats infest the whole building, I’ve literally watched them shit inside the gates and management tried to blame the dogs of residents even though we all carry them inside the gates

-lots of little things are broken and are known (there is a sign that says things are under construction or will be updated) but in the 7m I’ve lived here nothing has changed

So glad I decided to rent instead of buy here, now I only have a few months left in this nightmare instead of having to stress about buying and then selling a property here

Seriously distressing that we pay some of the highest prices imaginable in HCMC to get treated like we are in a dorm or government assisted housing. They really act like they’re doing us a favor by us living here and paying $$$$. Go elsewhere. This place isn’t worth it for the amenities, because they aren’t that great anyway. Have to pay 300,000 to have a guest use the pool and have to register their identity including passport or photo ID card? Yeah no thanks this isn’t a day club

Another example: a friend dropped me off at home and his motorbike engine had an issue in the neighborhood. Security told us 5 mins later to move and we explained something’s wrong with the bike and we are fixing it. Yet another 5 mins later rhe same security guy comes round again and says we need to move even though we are stopped close for be sidewalk, not blocking any road, and there are no cars around at all.

Had to push the bike alllll the way outside of the neighborhood (4+ blocks) to make a minor adjustment which then got the bike working and they wouldn’t give us 10 mins to figure it out. This place is run like a refugee camp and the management is on a major power trip. Which is also why they can’t seem to retain staff, there is always a new person every few weeks for doorman, security, etc. truly a shame! Показать ещё

New complex apartments building opposite district 1 over Saigon river. There are restaurants, grocery shops. No traffic in this area, quite peaceful so far with no construction. However the expansion for complex area to be made in coming years.

Beautiful and cozy home 🏡

Apartment and surrounding areas are beautiful. But the rules, regulations, fees, customer service, and security guards' authoritarian attitudes make it an unwelcome place to live.
