Great location. But management logistics is a nightmare. Changes to simple things like a elevator key card can take 3+ business days. When places i stayed at before can be done in 10 minutes. Not at the fault of the employees working. But management needs to be streamlined. Also the place often block out large parts of the first floor to clean the floor and you have to walk around.

Great place to stay. Lots of locals know this place. It's across the river from District 1. The gym is so awesome and equipped. The roof top swimming pool has an amazing view. You can get grab bikes very easily. Though the staff at reception is so unfriendly and unhelpful! It's not very far to walk to popular areas.

Rooftop pool glass is dirty making for a not so great view. Rooftop says there is a playground and bbq area which is not true. There are 4 deck chairs for a building with 25 floors which is ridiculous. People fighting for chairs making the whole experience horrible. No signs marking when pool is open or closed.

We stayed in an apartment here. Great views of the city. Terrific rooftop pool. Convenience store next door and a cafe around the corner. Only 15 minutes walk into the city.

Great modern accommodation near the heart of Saigon. Apart from the friendly an attentive hosts, the apartment is spacious and modern with all the necessary facilities to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The mini-mart at ground level is great for stocking up on essentials if you're planning on an extended stay. The rooftop pool is absolutely sensational. Great for an evening dip to cool down after a busy day while enjoying panoramic views of Saigon. The location itself is a bit out of the way from District 1 so if you're planning on doing most of your exploring by foot, make sure you give yourself a good 30 minutes extra to get into the heart of Saigon. There's also limited dining options in the vicinity so unless you're happy eating from a street vendors/local cafes, be prepared to go out and forage.

Location looks very convenient as it’s just next to the Center but if you don’t have a car then it’s hard to reach any decent restaurants around. The rooftop pool has nice view but the water smell very strong. The host appeared nice but once I paid the room on the first I couldn’t get any help from them. Nevertheless the place looks clean except we found a lovely gecko in the kitchen.
