Мы из Туркменистана. Отель нам очень понравился, прекрасное расположение, вежливый и внимательный персонал, просторные и чистые номера. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Из окон открывается красивый вид на море. Огромный плюс отель находится прямо у пляжа, рядом с центром и ночным рынком, где много туристов. Это лучшее расположение: всё рядом, но при этом тихо и спокойно. Нет толп людей, лифты работают без перегрузок, всё аккуратно и чисто. Спасибо большое за отдых в вашем отеле! Towels were changed daily. There’s a beautiful sea view from the windows. The biggest advantage is the perfect location: right by the beach, close to the city center and the night market, where there are many tourists. It’s the best spot — everything is nearby, yet the hotel is quiet and peaceful. No crowds, elevators are never overloaded, and everything is neat and tidy. Absolutely the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We booked the Panoramic Suite at The Sea Luxury Nha Trang Apartment (which is actually the Costa Apartments) nearly a year in advance, looking forward to what was promised to be a luxury stay. Just 4 days before check-in, we were informed the owner had taken the suite back to sell—leaving us scrambling. They offered a 2-bedroom unit instead, but it was in terrible condition and nowhere near what we had booked. We declined, but shockingly, another family we were travelling with had the exact same thing happen to them. They reluctantly accepted the alternate room for one night and regretted it immediately. We inspected multiple rooms and were appalled: visible mould, dirt, stained doonas showing through the sheets, and even ants crawling around the kitchen—especially between the dining table and the glass top. The place felt neglected and unhygienic. It's rated as a 3-star property but in reality, it doesn’t even deserve 1 star. One family from our group did receive a Panoramic Suite, but it was located in the Intercontinental side of the building, not the same standard or service we were expecting. The facilities were run-down, the service was unhelpful, and the entire experience was chaotic and deeply disappointing. Most of our group had to make last-minute alternative bookings just to salvage the holiday. No guest should have to go through this kind of stress and deception. Avoid at all costs.

Vị trí nằm ngày trung tâm và sát mặt biển! Mình book hôm tết giá hợp lý với diện tích 95m2! Dịch vụ tốt với các tiện ích phục vụ trong những ngày tết,nhân viên nhiệt tình,phòng sạch sẽ và có đủ đồ dùng nhà bếp như đang o nhà!view biển đón nắng, có bãi tắm dành riêng cho khách luu trú tại đây! Rất xứng đáng với giá tiền!nêu có dịp quay lại mình cũng sẽ chọn địa điểm này!

Chúng tôi có 3 căn hộ và có xe oto gửi ở đây.mỗi lần lấy xe lên đón người ở sảnh thì có 2 ông bảo vệ lớn tuổi hướng dẫn lúc đậu xe bên này lúc đậu xe bên kia và hỏi những câu rất vớ vẩn( sao ko đón ở dưới hầm) và vẻ mặt rất không thân thiện

This property was within walking distance of the beach, stores, restaurants and more. Great location, we felt safe and the apartment was super clean.

Great service by the management team. Pros: great view, good location, spacious reasonably priced apartment. Cons: very dated furniture, washing machine didn’t work well for us when we were there.

Perfect place for family trip. Nice view, easy access to hot place and warm host, (Serein). More than that, it was reasonable price.
