Nice building and good location, but the management and communication need improvement.

For the last few months there has been ongoing renovation noise from occupied apartments. The noise comes and goes, but nobody can provide a clear timeline for when the works will actually be finished.

The pool has finally opened, but it still needs better cleaning and maintenance.

The biggest issue is the lack of clear communication. Residents need updates, not generic replies.

I hope things improve because the building itself has a lot of potential. Показать ещё
