Booked this place for friends recently, think it was around $14 a night. Small room, but nice and clean with everything they needed.
Check Agoda and Booking first. Reception quoted us a bit more, but matched the lower online price when I showed them.
It's on Pham Ngu Lao, near loads of tour agencies and an easy walk to Ben Thanh Market.
