The security is rude, access to the pool is difficult, you have to sign up for a specific time through the host, and you won't be allowed to swim without signing in. There are only four lounge chairs. You can't even wait for a taxi in the lobby with suitcases; they kick you out into the heat. The building needs some renovations. 더 보기

Don’t go there! We booked through booking.com, the reviews were great.. not sure why? Right from receiving check in details till we ended up cancelling early this property was a let down! Check in from 3pm if you want to leave bags earlier you can pay the local coffee shop to look after them, no help from the hotel. This is a long term rental building not a hotel, some people are obviously renting out their properties through booking.com. You are meet by a non hotel staff member after waiting out the front for 45 minutes, then shown your room and told you have to pay cash.. as stated in the print pdf section of booking.com apparently..😳👈 we didn’t realise and only had enough cash left for one night (booked 2) then told us we must have the extra cash by 12 o’clock for next night, room basic, bed hard as a rock, 1 star for the hot water, avoid!! It was such a shame after 3.5 weeks in Vietnam and 7 other hotels, left a sour taste in our mouths after having a great time otherwise, we cancelled our 2nd night! 더 보기

Avoid these guys they will scam you. My booking was confirmed 2 days in advance. They called me last minute as I was on my way there saying it's no longer available and they wanted to give me another place without any of the facilities I paid for , far away in another district. Apparently they have been doing this to a lot of people just to avoid paying commission to Agoda & booking.com and to avoid paying taxes in your expense. This is disgusting. Also their fake price on Agoda always jumped up at the check out by %30-40 because of their high fees. 더 보기

awful house owner at lobby B ,Booked and paid through Agoda but asked us to pay 700,000VND upon check in time , refused to check in if doest pay extra which is not even deposit. We went there at 10:30 pm and waited more than an hour but still unsolved for check in. Agoda refunded 50% only since we weren't checked in successful which is owner didn't allowed us. No 1 Alibaba. Not even 1 star ,very bad experience we had middle of the night. 더 보기
