Amazing building in great location. Good quality build with noise blocking doors and windows that block 80-90% of noise from music to construction noise. I have never heard my neighbors through walls or ceiling. Our unit was facing highland coffee, the sail bridge, and Ferris wheel. Super clean with top notch security and a receptionist til around 5pm daily. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love living here! Place is well kept. Amenities are superb. Rooftop pool, sauna, gym, coworking space and private dining and barbecue area are all overlooking the Dragon Bridge. The staff here is friendly and super helpful and includes the receptionist, 24-hr security, cleaning and maintenance crews. Issues are dealt with immediately by the staff. Highly recommended place to stay!
