Avoid living here. Plenty of other luxury apartments in Saigon that offers way more.

Love the condo. We’ve had one of the best stays there. It’s clean, secluded, lots of green, and very high end.
Many people complain about strict security but I find it necessary so that the place can be kept intact and neat.
I just hope there will be less tourist coming in and out behaving badly. I sometimes find these tourist annoying despite being a traveler myself.

Great condo unit and grounds, but maintenance is lacking e.g., (1) male sauna at Tilia has not been working properly since April 25 eg, extremely slow to preheat, temperature tops out at 70 degrees. Three months later, have only received alternating messages that it’s been fixed, or being investigated, or that they are preparing a “plan”; (2) cosmetic marble stripping around pool is falling off in parts exposing taped electrical wires that dangle centimeters from the water line. I assume they know about this…why hasn’t it been fixed after 18 months? Meanwhile, one sees cleaners walking around taking photos as proof of their work…why not the same standard when it comes to maintenance crews?

The complex allows dogs, but only because they recognize they can’t ignore the rapidly growing community of dog owners, a clear and natural social trend. However, their regulations show a lack of real understanding of dogs. For instance, requiring dogs to be both leashed and muzzled is unreasonable. Dogs need to pant while walking to regulate their body temperature, and some small breeds don’t even have muzzles that fit properly. Additionally, the one dog per apartment rule does not make much sense as apartment sizes and layouts vary significantly. Anyone who genuinely loves dogs would see through this shallow attempt at being pet friendly. If the management truly wants to create a quality environment for pet owners, they should consult with someone who deeply understands and cares about dogs when drafting the pet policy handbook. For now, don't believe in their pet friendly propaganda

Apartment complex opposite district 1, luxury living, no traffic, need for own transport as distant to big supermarkets or other big shopping. Some restaurants or grocery or coffee shops inside the complex

I regret to have chosen to live here. The windows are simple glass and it’s such a loud building with all comcerts, boats that put loud musics ( it’s currently Sunday 11:30pm and I can’t sleep for noise) many events such as marathon on week ends and neighbors playing piano, or vacuuming at 6:30am. On top of that, you are treated terribly by employees. You can’t do anything, not invite anybody without filing a form, if you go to the pool you need facial recognition + writing in a book name, apt number and hour you arrived. You can’t leave anything on the balcony and if you call maintenance to fix something, they will pretend to fix it and then leave. Up to today it’s not working, they always tell me they will send someone but no one. The parking security people is extremely strict. They are a pain. I can’t wait to move out of here.
