We made a reservation one week in advance, but on the day of check-in, our booking was abruptly canceled via a simple text message. The booking staff stated in the message that they had sent multiple messages through the booking platform without receiving a response, so they were unable to prepare the room for us.

After receiving the message, we immediately replied, confirming our stay, but we never received any response from the booking staff. That evening, we drove to the property and called again. The booking staff then told us that since we did not confirm, they did not prepare the room. We pointed out that our reservation was still active on the platform and had never been canceled. How were we supposed to know that they had not prepared the room?

Regardless of whether they had received payment in advance, a successful booking through the platform should be considered a confirmed reservation. The booking staff cannot simply create their own policy and cancel bookings just because they have previously experienced "no-shows" from other guests.

Furthermore, they had our phone number all along but only chose to send a text message on the day of check-in. If they were unable to reach us through the platform, why didn’t they text us earlier?

Even worse, the booking staff's attitude on the phone was extremely unprofessional, implying that we were being too serious about the situation. But how could anyone not take this seriously when they arrive at the property only to be told that their room isn’t available? This is ridiculous.

Instead of blaming guests for being serious, how about improving your property management skills? Sharing this so others can avoid the same situation.

Chúng tôi đã đặt phòng trước một tuần, nhưng vào ngày nhận phòng, đặt chỗ của chúng tôi lại bị hủy một cách qua loa chỉ bằng một tin nhắn. Nhân viên đặt phòng nói trong tin nhắn rằng họ đã gửi nhiều tin nhắn qua nền tảng đặt phòng nhưng không nhận được phản hồi, nên không thể chuẩn bị phòng cho chúng tôi.

Sau khi nhận được tin nhắn, chúng tôi lập tức trả lời xác nhận rằng mình sẽ đến nhận phòng, nhưng không hề nhận được bất kỳ phản hồi nào từ nhân viên đặt phòng. Tối hôm đó, chúng tôi lái xe đến khách sạn và gọi điện lại. Nhân viên đặt phòng khi đó nói rằng vì chúng tôi không xác nhận nên họ không chuẩn bị phòng.

Chúng tôi đã giải thích rằng đặt phòng trên nền tảng vẫn đang hoạt động, không hề bị hủy. Vậy làm sao chúng tôi biết được rằng họ không chuẩn bị phòng?

Dù có thanh toán trước hay không, một khi đặt phòng thành công trên nền tảng, điều đó có nghĩa là đặt phòng đã được xác nhận. Nhân viên đặt phòng không thể tự ý tạo ra quy tắc riêng và hủy phòng chỉ vì trước đây họ từng gặp khách không đến nhận phòng.

Hơn nữa, họ có số điện thoại của chúng tôi nhưng không hề nhắn tin sớm hơn, mà chỉ chọn gửi tin nhắn vào ngày nhận phòng. Nếu không liên lạc được qua nền tảng, tại sao không nhắn tin trước đó?

Điều tồi tệ hơn nữa là thái độ thiếu chuyên nghiệp của nhân viên khi nói chuyện điện thoại. Họ còn cho rằng chúng tôi quá nghiêm trọng. Nhưng thử đặt trường hợp bạn đến nhận phòng mà lại bị từ chối ở ngay dưới khách sạn, bạn có thể không nghiêm túc được không?

Chúng tôi thấy tình huống này thực sự nực cười.

Thay vì đổ lỗi cho khách hàng "nghiêm trọng quá mức", hãy nâng cao khả năng quản lý khách sạn của mình đi!

Be careful when you book for this place on booking.com..
I made a reservation but no one answered me when I got there to do my check-in.
It was after a long night ride and made me look for alternatives after I didnt sleep all night.
Im writing this to make sure no one experiences the same thing.
I would not recommend booking anything here without coming to the place and meet the owner face to face. Xem thêm

agodaからデイユースで予約しました。Grabで住所まで行きましたが、場所が全く分からず電話しました。対応はすこぶる悪くサポートに非常に時間がかかりました。まず住所に建物名の記載がなく（実際はrandmark5,8Floor,AptNo:05)ですがこれを教えてくれないと行けません！その後場所のメール来ましたが近くの建物ビンコムセンターまで来てもらいたかったんですがランドマーク５まで来いとのこと．．．サポートに来た青年は英語が話せず苦労しました。注意してください

Sens house Saigon Location has three main buildings A,B,C. so if you guys booked it on booking hotel or any apps, make sure you get the number room and then what building. It has full gym that needs access code or a card. small playground with a big enormous pool. There’s a underground parking garage so your back doesn’t get stolen. Xem thêm

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment a month before arriving.
On the day of arrival, they changed the apartment address twice and told us to sleep in the 2-bedroom apartment. That we necessarily accept due to a lack of short-term alternatives with 2 kids (1/5 y.o.). For person 5 and 6 they gave us a slim topper to sleep on the floor.
They promissed to pick up and deliver our luggage to a 3-bedroom apartment in another building across the street at around 12 noon the next day. I waited until 2pm but didn't see anyone so i decided to move it myself. When i arrive at the "old apartment" to move, there where three person standing in front of the appartment, ready to get in thereselfs to fix the aircondition. Our lagguage was still inside! I moved it myself at the end.
All in all, very sad and bad experience after a 13 hours flight.
The comunication was all through whats app, booking management and system (all managed by phone!) seems to be overextended. Extra 3% fee for CC payment. I would never book at this place again even if the facility itself was quiet ok. Xem thêm

We book a room and they cancel when we where there ready for the check in. Very disappointing, do not go to this hotel.
