Furama Villas Danang

Be aware: do not stay at villa R14 or any other villa operated by owner. It's extremely dirty, old, dilapidated, smells musty everywhere, and no one takes responsibility for fixing it. It's like you've been scammed.

Such a great location for a vacation in Vietnam! You get private access to My Khe beach, and the villas are roomy, which is great for large groups traveling together.

The most beautiful pools, clean, and everyone is so nice!

Pros: Kitchen staff was extremely good. They made different vegetarian option for me every day and chef was very kind.

Cons: They overcharge for everything. For instance airport cab from Grab was 170k VND and they charge 1800K VND for the same. They additionally charge for every resort activity that was suppose to be part of package.
We were assigned a person Keit who was suppose to be our point of contact for everything but we never saw him after checkin and he didn't repond to calls/messages. Show more

Lovely stay and butler hui also was very forthcoming and helpful

Our Butler Quan was very helpful and professional. The grounds were beautiful and the villa was very clean.

The restaurant manager was extremely unprofessional, and the pool guard at the Lagoon Pool was shockingly rude, attempting to restrict our legitimate right to use the sunbeds (we had 3 villas, allowing us 12 beds, but they constantly made a scene). Housekeeping was equally terrible. We requested cleaning for Villa S08 at a specific time, which was totally ignored, and they left only one single towel. Even after escalating the issue and confronting them, nothing improved. If you are planning a family trip, stay away from this place. They do not deserve single star rating at all. Show more
