Management company are clueless, including the administration staff. They do not communicate properly with residents. They neglect to tell residents about power outages or maintenance. The management fee and electricity are high, you'd expect more for the premium you pay. There is a lot of noise pollution, there's a pre-school which like to blast music out and raves on a daily basis. Positives: Security guards are helpful and even open doors, they do a great job, so +1 star 24/04/2026 - power outage at 8am

Great place to live in, apartment i rent is facing North, beautiful view on the bridge and DaNang bay, no noises as mentioned below except a quick street karaoké at 8pm (maybe more noises on the South/kindergarten side?). Great overall compare to average apartment offers in DaNang city. I love it here

We rented a great 2 bedroom flat on 8 floor through Airbnb. Super comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is facing the river and beautiful city view. Nice gym. In overall very satisfied with this choice.

The building is newly constructed, so everything is brand new, with a beautiful and spacious view. My apartment has a view of Thuan Phuoc Bridge. Furthermore, the reception staff are very friendly, and the security guards were very helpful. The location is close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Being next to the river means fresh air, perfect for jogging and improving your mental well-being.

I stayed at Sam Towner’s apartment for four days. The facilities are fairly new, and depending on which side of the building you’re in, the view can be fantastic. My view definitely was.
