フロントスタッフの方も親切で良かったです。

Excellent staff. Extremely helpful, understanding and responsive. Especially the front desk staff and Pham Thi Minh Phuong, who responded very promptly to my request for amended breakfast timings.

房间超大，设施也算齐全，但是浴缸下水塞子坏了。阳台上可以观赏西湖夜景。早餐不算丰盛，马马虎虎吧。去机场比较方便。

Right in the perfect location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are welcoming. Facilities are perfect and the atmosphere is friendly and elegant.

I stayed here for a long-term period from March to June, and everything was excellent, from the facilities management to the overall service.
