I stayed here for a long-term period from March to June, and everything was excellent, from the facilities management to the overall service. I especially received a lot of help from one of the staff members, Ethan, who was incredibly supportive and professional.||If you have business or personal matters in Hanoi, I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Somerset. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything was handled in a professional manner from check-in to check-out.||I would especially like to compliment the staff members Hero, Nova, Tim, and Chris. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality and attentive service truly made my experience more enjoyable and memorable.||I highly recommend Somerset to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I will definitely come back in the future.

Formal Complaint regarding Booking -Unacceptable Noise and Room AssignmentDear Management,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent 4-night stay at your hotel.We traveled with young children and booked a 120sqm room. A month before our arrival, we specifically requested a high-floor room to ensure a quiet environment. Despite this, we were assigned to the 10th floor, which was less than 10 meters away from an active construction site.The night-time construction noise made it impossible for our family, especially our children, to sleep. This turned our vacation into a nightmare. While the front desk offered two Starbucks vouchers, we find this response completely inadequate and dismissive of the severe distress caused by four sleepless nights.The hotel’s failure to honor a long-standing request and the decision to place a family next to a noisy construction site is unacceptable. I expect a more appropriate resolution and a formal response regarding this matter.Regards,

All of the staff here have always been very kind and attentive, and they take great care of their guests.||Whenever I had a request, the staff responded immediately, resolved the issue, and provided clear and accurate feedback.||This time, it was my first time handling administrative work, so I made many mistakes. However, my 담당자 Nguyễn Long Nhật (Ethan) always treated me with a smile, and even after finishing work for the day, he still helped correct my mistakes.||I would like to express my deepest gratitude and respect to Nguyễn Long Nhật (Ethan). When I return next year, I will be sure to bring a gift.||I wish all the hotel staff good health and happiness.||Thank you for giving me such wonderful memories in Vietnam in 2026.
